Key Information:

Texas manufacturer looking for a Highly Energetic attorney ready for the General Counsel role. Company is growing and needs expertise in handling joint ventures, M&A, drafting and negotiating contracts and management of outside counsel.

Qualified candidates will have between 10 and 15 years of broad based experience and must be able to handle a variety of corporate legal matters such as joint ventures, M&A, supply contracts and management of outside counsel.

Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, persuasive, able to work with minimal staff, tenacious in their relationships and able to travel upwards of 30%. For consideration please submit resume. All inquiries are strictly confidential.
