• Build and manage client relationships • Supervise a staff of 3-4 Investor Relations o Follow-up with investors on missing documentation o Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned o Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls o Review & approve of investor capital activity

Qualifications required: • 3-5 years experience in Financial Services • 1-3 years experience supervising staff • Strong software skills o MS Excel – The successful candidate will be comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros & pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand complex workbooks. o In general, candidates should have an intuitive feel and be a quick study for various software applications. • Exposure to and understand the concepts of fund accounting and performance reporting • Knowledge of KYC / AML

Qualifications required (continued) • Hedge fund or mutual fund background • Demonstrated strong client relationship experience • BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Economics • Strong attention to detail • Superior written and oral communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects • Proactive attitude
