Our Client is a worldwide leader in I/T Asset Management. Through its
best of breed solutions, they help companies effectively manage and
control I/T assets, network and telecom resources, and service level
agreements within their organizations.

Our client is currently expanding its technical operations and is
seeking an experienced Software Consultant. The position is based in
San Mateo; CA.and provides support and consulting services to their
customers and partners.

The right candidate will focus on on-site implementation of our
software as well as integration to our customer's existing systems and
databases. Candidate must be willing to travel (50-70% travel), as our
customers are located across the United States and Canada. The
candidate must have good customer service skills, and a solid sense of
responsibility.

Skills & Experience

The position requires a good level of technical knowledge in the
following areas:

Windows, knowledge of databases and associated development tools (SQL,
Oracle DBMS, SQL language, etc.)

high level of general knowledge in IT & software.

Installation

Configuration

Integration

Good knowledge of IIS, experience using the stack.

.NET knowledge, the application is built in .NET

Familiarity with MS-SMS

Experience with SQL scripting

General skills required for performance in the position include:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Client
interfacing).

Self-motivation and a promoter of quality/excellence in all
assignments.

BS or MS (ideally Computer Science) preferred.
