Responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, and coordinating of Critical Care and Emergency service lines. Responsible for providing quality nursing care and achieving the strategic vision of nursing in the assigned areas of accountability. Maintains key relationships with clinical and administrative Director peers, physicians and community leaders.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school. Bachelor degree in Nursing required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years healthcare experience, nursing preferred. Minimum of 5 years supervising employees, developing budgets, and implementing short and long term strategic objectives. Computer experience. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, outcomes oriented, educational skills.
