We seek the following qualifications:


*  Experience in maintenance or environmental services  

*  Enjoy working with older adults

*  Experience in grounds maintenance
*  HVAC certification required. Must have good driving record.
*  Experience in apartment make-ready or rental property turnaround
*  Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

* Must be able to travel between Norman and Midwest City communities
