Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Office Team has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative for a Grand Rapids client. This is a temporary to full-time opportunity. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers and vehicles to carry passengers. Also, the Customer Service Representative will be working in a very fast paced environment and will be documenting all communications.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Requirements for this position include 5+ years of Customer Service experience. Additionally, the selected candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Also, the Customer Service Representative must have the capabilities to succeed while under pressure situations. Contact us today!
