Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive professional to join our team as a Branch Manager at our West Bend Walmart branch. This individual must possess strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal and sales skills.
As the Branch Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:
1) Effectively managing the day-to-day operations and achieving the growth objectives established by the Guaranty Bank Family of Companies for this branch office
2) Managing the branch staff to achieve the established goals by building a cohesive and effective team
3) Developing and coaching staff, creating a motivating environment and recognizing success of employees
3) Ensuring compliance with appropriate bank, regulatory and legal requirements
4) Developing and promoting good community relations and understanding Guaranty Bank products as well as seeking information regarding current political/economic events and their impact on the financial industry and our customers.
This qualified candidate must have a minimum of two years sales, banking, and management experience with a proven track record to meet/exceed the position expectations. Our successful Branch Managers are energetic, self-motivated, and initiate innovative approaches to the marketing effort.
