FT Clinical Pharmacist
w/ Emphasis on Home Infusion
Hours 9:30am 6:00pm M-F
Salary $50.00 - $52.00/ hr DOE
Sign-On Bonuses Possible (5K - again DOE)
DESCRIPTION:
Duties are to provide clinical pharmacy services to patients and patients family members, physicians and other clinical providers. Review and approve drug orders, compound and dispense medications and provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients.

REQUIREMENTS:
PharmD or BS degree in Pharmacy. PharmD is preferred. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency preferred.
Must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee as a Pharmacist.
