Join a world class agile development team located in the heart of downtown Bellevue. You will be responsible for presentation tier test strategies, risk assessment, planning, design and execution of UI automated and manual test cases. Working closely with product management and development, you will drive to completion the feature set being tested and the critical elements to determine application stability and functionality. The position will deliver test design plans and reviews in support of quality metrics and critical deliverables, including automation tests. The ideal candidate will have a track record of implementing test automation (QTP, Selenium, Silk, Visual Test, WinRunner, Squish), ad hoc testing skills, successfully completing complex assignments, superior technical skills, and the ability and commitment to deliver as deadlines approach. This critical position requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with a variety of functions and levels in the application development organization.

* Create and organize test designs, test cases, and matrixes for full area coverage and product delivery

* Design, implement and run UI automated tests very early in the development phase and provide tight feedback on feature design and functionality to development

* Communicate test requirements to Product Management and Development by reviewing project requirements and user stories for testability
