SUMMARY
Responsible for order entry of customer purchase orders and maintenance required through the life of the order.  Will administer RMA and Credits in the system as required.  Responsible for order maintenance.  Interface with Sales, Customers, Product teams, Credit teams, and warehouse/logistics teams

DUTIES

  • Review and acknowledge customer purchase orders to ensure terms, pricing, compliance is complete and in accordance with SOX and ISO procedures.
  • Facilitate change orders identified either in initial review or due to product/customer requirements with customer.
  • Data entry required into system, PeopleSoft CRM/ERP, of customer reviewed orders
  • Interface with various internal groups regarding supply, price, terms to respond effectively to customer requests for product and pricing information.
  • Communicate with Customer to ensure timely, accurate correspondence at all times
  • Attend backlog review meetings and provide updated customer requirements
  • Maintain orders not booked file to provide visibility to order status not in system
  • Process requests for evaluation equipment.
  • Participate in team goals
  • Fulfill audit document requests
  • Able to take direction from multiple people

 

Required Skills

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities Minimum
  

Experience (type & duration): 2 years in data entry

Skills:  Peoplesoft, INCO terms and logistics knowledge, Microsoft, ability to multitask, strong organization skills, and acute attention to detail

 

Required Experience

Experience (type & duration):  PeopleSoft entry experience a plus
