Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various installation tasks. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work efficiently on construction sites, ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Perform installations of various materials and structures, including roofing, siding, and flooring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as framing, caulking, and concrete forming.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed.
- Assist in restoration projects by applying skills in masonry, plumbing, and welding.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction with a strong understanding of construction site practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience in carpentry, including trim carpentry and frame carpentry.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, stucco application, tile laying, and fabrication is preferred.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to perform various tasks across multiple trades including roofing, masonry, plumbing, remodeling, and restoration.
