Full Job Description

This role is ideal for recruiters with 4-8 years of experience who enjoy working in fast paced manufaturing and Industrial environment.

This role requires daily outbound calling, fast turnaround hiring, and the ability to fill roles under tight deadlines.

This is NOT a corporate or HR recruiting role—this is a production-driven staffing position. This is a fully onsite role (Fremont, CA)

Key Responsibilities

Manage 8–10+ open job orders in a fast-paced environment
Make 40–60 outbound calls per week to source and qualify candidates
Submit 5–10 candidates weekly and fill roles within 24–72 hours
Build and maintain pipelines for warehouse, industrial, and office roles
Conduct interviews, coordinate placements, and manage follow-ups
Source via Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools (Bullhorn/Avionté preferred)
Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
Track metrics (time-to-fill, activity, pipeline)

Requirements

4+ years of staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience (REQUIRED)
Experience recruiting within industries such as manufacturing, logistics & warehousing, distribution/fulfillment, 3PL, construction/skilled trades, or food production/packaging, Semi- Conductor
Comfortable with high call volume and fast turnaround hiring
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet placement targets
Strong communication and sourcing skills
Associate’s degree required

Additional Qualifications

Experience with job fairs, trade schools, or workforce programs
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
