You must also:
Be fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken).
Hold a Texas law license in good standing.
Have 5+ years of immigration law experience with proven mastery in:
Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture
Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B)
U-Visas
Adjustment of Status (Green Cards)
Consular Processing
Naturalization
DACA
EADs
Advanced Parole requests
I-751s
Work Visas
Business Immigration experience is a plus
Successfully lead and manage legal support teams.
Possess superior writing skills and persuasive legal arguments.
Be tech-savvy and detail-obsessed (you spot errors others miss).

Full-time position
Competitive salary (DOE) + benefits: medical, retirement, vacation.
Investment in your training and development to help you excel.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
