Actelis Networks is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that accelerate brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that partners closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can build programs from the ground up, optimize performance through data, and thrive in a fast-growing B2B technology environment.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns – Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue and pipeline goals – Manage multi-channel programs across email, paid media, social, content, events, and web – Align closely with Sales on messaging, personas, and lead management – Support internal and external communications, thought leadership, and brand visibility

Demand Generation & ABM – Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts – Drive lead generation through email nurtures, webinars, paid campaigns, gated content, and ABM – Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous improvement – Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Content, Digital & Brand – Oversee creation of content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and sales assets – Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels – Manage website updates, SEO, CRO, and paid media (search, social, display) – Monitor analytics dashboards and deliver actionable insights – Leverage AI and automation tools to improve speed, scale, and performance

Product, Customer & Field Marketing – Partner with Product on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launches – Develop customer stories, testimonials, and advocacy programs – Support retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives – Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, customer events, partner programs, and sponsorships – Own event logistics, lead capture, and ROI reporting
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or networking

Proven success running multi-channel demand generation programs

Experience with events, trade shows, and field marketing

Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)

Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills

Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Willingness to travel as needed

Experience with ABM platforms (HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense)
