Full Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Rate Range: $90,000- $100,000 / year

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards are met.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams, driving clear communication and alignment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Coordinate internal and external resources to support successful execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reporting.
Facilitate meetings and encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
PMP certification required.
Demonstrated experience utilizing established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify business needs and influence outcomes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
High level of adaptability and comfort navigating changing priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
