Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information handled. Your technical proficiency with productivity software, databases, and spreadsheets will be vital in supporting our operational efficiency. This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of our organization’s data management processes.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data into multiple database systems.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Smartsheet, to perform data entry.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document transcription to support administrative operations

Experience

Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles within an office environment or similar setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and creating pivot tables
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data during entry processes
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles is a plus
