Can you?

Manage the accounts of newly approved affiliates
Approve or decline affiliate applications, introduce affiliates to the network, setting them up for success
Maintain strict compliance while growing each affiliate to its fullest potential
Conduct introductory phone interviews and oversee applications of new affiliates
Research and analyze campaigns to suggest to affiliates on a case-by-case basis
Manage and assist affiliates by answering questions, and work together to solve issues that they may encounter
Practice strict compliance and ensure all affiliates meet both Trancos and advertiser guidelines.

Do you have what it takes?

Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Professional written and phone communication skills
Passion for a start up like atmosphere and digital advertising
Solid understanding of industry terminology and affiliate calculations
Experience with affiliates, business development and/or marketing
Proven history of over-achievement
