Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment.

The ideal candidate must be highly experienced with both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign strategy, audience targeting, media buying, conversion tracking, creative testing, and performance optimization. Your expertise in performance marketing, web analytics, and data-driven decision-making will be essential to delivering impactful campaigns that support business growth.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovative strategies, accurate tracking, and measurable results are at the forefront of success.

Duties

Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Develop campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, remarketing, lead generation, and conversion-focused objectives.
Build Meta campaigns using lead forms, website conversions, retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and Advantage+ tools.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing search terms aligned with campaign goals.
Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behaviors, customer lists, website activity, and campaign data.
Manage advertising budgets effectively across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, web analytics tools, and media performance dashboards.
Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior and adjusting campaigns, audiences, bids, budgets, placements, and creative.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
Develop detailed performance reports using spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate media planning and media buying efforts across multiple digital channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Test ad copy, creative, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance.
Collaborate with creative, web development, SEO, social media, and e-commerce teams on broader digital marketing initiatives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of SEM, paid social, media buying, conversion tracking, and emerging advertising trends.

Requirements

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Must be a true Meta Ads specialist, with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and Advantage+ campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaign strategies.
Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, budgeting, media buying, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics or tracking tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets using spreadsheets, pivot tables, dashboards, and advertising platform reports.
Strong understanding of SEM, paid social media advertising, media planning, performance marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
Experience testing and evaluating ad creatives, copy, offers, landing pages, and audience segments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain campaign performance and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO fundamentals, landing-page optimization, and CRM integrations is highly desirable.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts while adhering to budget constraints.
