Full Job Description

Looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts?

Join AllianceOne, a Teleperformance company and global leader in customer experience, as a Customer Service Representative (Account Solutions).

In this role, you'll help customers resolve account concerns by discussing payment options and finding solutions that fit their financial situation. While this position supports collections activities, the focus is on delivering outstanding customer service, building rapport, and helping customers achieve positive outcomes.

No prior collections experience is required. If you have customer service experience and enjoy helping people solve problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Speak with customers regarding account questions and payment solutions
Help customers resolve past due account balances through professional and respectful conversations
Negotiate payment arrangements while delivering excellent customer service
Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
Meet quality, productivity, and performance goals
Maintain accurate account documentation

What You Bring

Customer service experience (call center or collections experience preferred)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask while using multiple computer applications
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong attendance and reliability
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Spanish-English bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in personal loans, banking, financial services, or collections is a plus but not required.

A criminal background check is required before employment.

Schedule

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

No weekend shifts.

Pay

$15.50 per hour
