Full Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Labor and Employment Attorney at a large leading law firm conveniently located in mid-town Manhattan. This is a full time direct hire opportunity that offers an outstanding salary and benefits package.

Job Requirements Include:

four to eight years of experience.
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
Experience as a first-chair handling litigation concerning discrimination and/or wage and hour claims.
Experience with class action wage and hour litigation is required.
Experience counseling on New York State and New York City employment matters.
Some experience with labor relations in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Familiarity with the New York State Hospitality Wage Order strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $240,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
