Are you an experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative looking to join a dynamic team? We are the #19 Allstate Agency in the country with locations in Bay Shore, NY and Mount Holly, NC. Our Agency writes business in 6 states and we are seeking a dedicated and passionate P&C Customer Service Representative to join our thriving office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established agency, offering competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Policy Reviews: Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure they have the appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation.
Compliance: Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all Allstate and insurance industry standards.

Qualifications:

Licensed: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
Allstate Experience (Preferred): Previous experience working with Allstate insurance products is a plus.
Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with other team members.
