Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Must have 4-40 or 2-20 License. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues proactively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage in communicating effectively with diverse clients.
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
