**Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing superior support to our commercial clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their commercial insurance policies.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and billing inquiries.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy issuance and modifications.
Coordinate and follow up on claims processing to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records and documentation.
Provide support to the sales team with policy renewals and client retention strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and compliance regulations.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
