Full Job Description

Anacomp is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our growing team. This is a working leadership role that requires active involvement. You will lead by example, working alongside your team to drive quality, efficiency, and productivity beyond established goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and manage daily production activities to ensure assigned productivity and quality goals are met throughout the shift.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure goals are exceeded.
Maintain priorities based on production business needs, including handling time‑sensitive or priority requests.
Communicate production status, performance issues, and risks to the Operations Manager in a timely manner.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
Ensure compliance with established production policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Troubleshoot workflow issues and coordinate required process improvements or changes.

Qualifications

Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
3+ years of leadership experience in a quality-driven production-based environment.
1+ year experience in data entry/imaging environment, medical records or military health records management field.
Basic understanding of patient administration procedures, medical terminology, basic anatomy, physiology and records scanning.
Strong attention to detail with a practical production-focused mindset.
Ability to balance quality standards with operational efficiency.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform repetitive tasks in an efficient manner.
Ability to meet deadlines in production environment, while handling multiple priorities.
