Full Job Description

Manager Position DescriptionJob PurposeTo join the management team in providing maximum customer satisfaction while operating the restaurant in accordance with prescribed policies, standards and procedures in order to optimize customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Complete knowledge and understanding of uniform and grooming standards. (Maintain a neat and professional appearance).

Adherence to company policies, procedures and standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction. (Review all written policies and procedures as required on an ongoing basis to meet the standards of job).
To project a positive and professional image of the company, it’s restaurants and it’s personnel. (Maintain a positive and professional manner in all verbal and written communications and personal contacts).
To promote a positive attitude to all personnel and to operate the restaurant in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer’s expectations. (Maintain a hospitable atmosphere and set customer service examples to all personnel).
To supervise the operation of the restaurant in accordance with the operating standards and procedures. (Maintain inventory controls and yield efficiencies).
To implement the restaurant training program for new customer service associates in accordance with the training manual. (Follow the training outline for new associates, monitor the results and conduct periodic evaluations).
For implementing security procedures. (Follow security guidelines involving opening and closing procedures).
To follow company standards concerning cash handling and banking procedures.
To control waste and unnecessary expense throughout the restaurant. (Complete waste and production sheets daily).
For a compatible and honest business relationship with suppliers and purveyors. (Maintain a businesslike relationship).
To complete special duties as assigned periodically by the General Manager. (Review the special duty list and complete assignments accurately and on time).
For the continuous knowledge of records, reports and office manual
