Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Housing

Archstone Residential
Quad Cities (Davenport, IA & Surrounding Communities)

Pay: $22–24/hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Scattered-site apartment communities throughout the Quad Cities

Archstone Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a company that values professionalism, accountability, and customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain several professionally managed apartment communities throughout the Quad Cities. Every day brings something different, including:

Plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, faucets, toilets)
Electrical troubleshooting (switches, outlets, lighting, breakers)
Appliance repair and replacement
HVAC diagnostics and repairs (EPA certification preferred)
Drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
Unit turns and make-ready work
Preventative maintenance
Completing work orders efficiently while providing excellent resident service

You'll travel between nearby properties using your own reliable vehicle and work independently while remaining connected with our property management team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance experience
Can troubleshoot and complete repairs with minimal supervision
Takes ownership of their work and maintains high-quality standards
Provides excellent customer service to residents
Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
EPA/HVAC certification is a plus but not required

On-Call Rotation
