Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts

Are you an organized, motivated professional who enjoys helping others achieve their goals? Do you have a passion for massage therapy, holistic health, and education? Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts is seeking an exceptional Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and inspire them to pursue a rewarding career in massage therapy.

This is more than a sales position—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by helping them take the first step toward a fulfilling and purpose-driven career.

What You'll Do

Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students
Build relationships with leads through phone calls, text messaging, email, and virtual or in-person appointments
Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration
Consistently follow up with leads and nurture relationships throughout the decision-making process
Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM and admissions systems
Track admissions activities, lead sources, and enrollment metrics
Collaborate with marketing and student services teams to support enrollment goals
Assist with admissions events, open houses, career fairs, and community outreach
Stay knowledgeable about program offerings, industry trends, and career opportunities in massage therapy
Perform other admissions and student recruitment duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Experience using CRM systems and admissions, sales, or customer relationship software
Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and follow-up strategies
Strong proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional communication and customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous admissions, enrollment, sales, recruiting, or customer success experience
Experience in higher education, vocational education, or career training programs
Knowledge of massage therapy, holistic health, or wellness industries
Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead management platforms
