Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Remote

Department/Specialty: Chief Legal Counsel

Schedule: Full time, days

Salary: $146,000.00- $248,200.00 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

#LI-Remote

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating managed care agreements, including value based care arrangements.
Advising on reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers, including risk adjustment compliance.
Advising on disputes and litigation related to payer payment and contractual issues.
Advising on clinically Integrated Network issues and antitrust compliance.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

Juris Doctorate degree required.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

Experience working with provider/payer agreements
Experience drafting and advising on managed care payer agreements
