Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team and empower clients to achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on wealth management, investment strategies, estate planning, and financial compliance. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex financial concepts, optimize their assets, and secure their financial futures. Duties

Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, including estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management.
Advise clients on securities law, financial regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimal decision-making.
Conduct detailed financial analysis using advanced software tools to assess risk, portfolio performance, and market opportunities.
Manage investment portfolios by monitoring market trends, adjusting asset allocations, and recommending suitable securities or funds.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, updates on market conditions, and personalized financial advice.
Ensure adherence to FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) standards and other regulatory requirements governing financial services.
Stay current with industry knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and emerging market trends to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in wealth management, investment client management, or financial analysis within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience related to personal finance.
Knowledge of securities law, industry regulations, and compliance standards such as FINRA rules.
Demonstrated expertise in financial concepts including cash management, portfolio management, accounting principles, and public accounting practices.
Proficiency with financial software tools for research, analysis, and client reporting.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Relevant certifications such as Series SEI/66/67 licenses or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
Strong mathematical skills combined with industry knowledge of financial markets and asset management strategies.

Onsite 5 days a week in Red Bank, NJ
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required to pass FINRA background fingerprint check.

Average advisor annual earnings of $61K-$119K (based on 2018-2023 company average for representatives in the first 3 years)
