Full Job Description

Insurance Defense Attorney

Barth Condren LLP, a boutique law firm with a statewide insurance defense and workers' compensation defense practice is seeking an attorney to contribute to its Insurance Defense practice and Workers' Compensation defense groups. 0-8 years’ experience in defending litigated personal injury/property damage claims is required.

This position will offer immediate exposure to pre-trial and trial work with mentoring and guidance from the firm’s highly experienced attorneys. The attorney will be expected to attend hearings and depositions, manage client communications, proactively work assigned files, and collaborate with other attorneys at the firm. There is an excellent opportunity for advancement—including potential partnership—for those motivated to progress.

Salary range is $85,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and skillset.

The firm maintains a collegial atmosphere and recognizes the importance of work-life balance; we will consider a mix of remote and in-person work for the right candidate. The firm offers a 401(k), medical insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance, CLE/Bar membership dues, and a salary commensurate with experience.
