Full Job Description

Experienced Tradesman – Roofing & Painting

Pay: Starting at $25+/hour DOE
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week (based on workload)
Location: Medford, Oregon

On behalf of our client, BBSI is looking for 2 experienced Tradesmen to join their growing team! If you have roofing experience, take pride in your craftsmanship, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. While this position focuses primarily on roofing, you'll also assist with painting and other general construction projects as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Assist with interior and exterior painting projects.
Measure, cut, and install roofing materials using hand and power tools.
Prepare work areas and protect surrounding property.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
Clean and maintain job sites before, during, and after projects.
Inspect work for quality and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
Perform general labor and other construction-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous roofing experience required.
Painting experience is a strong plus.
Knowledge of common construction tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
