Interim Subject Matter Expert, Research Nurse Needed in San Francisco, California!
The Position

An Interim Subject Matter Expert, Research Nurse is needed to provide clinical expertise and operational support for a Clinical Trials Program while ensuring compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise for research nursing practices, supporting clinical trial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with investigators and clinical staff, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.

The shift is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical research nursing and clinical trial operations, with strong knowledge of research regulations and compliance standards. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.

Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements

BSN required; master's degree preferred.

Active RN license required.

Progressive clinical research nursing experience with expertise in clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and research operations.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.

The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.

The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
