Our facility has capacity for between 16 and 20 residents in each home. The environment we create is a welcoming, home-like setting, with home cooked meals, activities and crafts, music and exercise, and authentic connection.

Job Description:

As a Care Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

Communication: respectful, clear, timely; seek for solutions
Create Safety: physical and emotional for residents and team; provide peace of mind for family members
Resident Centered Caregiving: provide personal care, assistance, and redirection; medication administration; housekeeping; meal preparation and service; engaging activities and interactions
Pride in Your Care: thorough, intentional, attention to details
Growth: demonstrate ability to learn, improve, and collaborate

Requirements:

Wisconsin State CBRF Certifications
Caregiving and/or customer service experience

Job Details:

Wage: starting at $18.00/hour, opportunities for increase
Expected Hours: 32-40 per week
