Full Job Description

Overview

Restaurant Bricco is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who is flexible, dependable, and capable of stepping into any shift as needed, and overseeing both opening and closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Open and close the restaurant, following all operational and security procedures.
Fill in where needed on a week-to-week basis, providing leadership and support across all areas of the restaurant.
Supervise, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during service.
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food safety.
Resolving guest concerns.
Monitor inventory, cash handling, and overall restaurant organization.
Work closely with ownership and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant management experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, organized, and willing to lead by example.
Comfortable stepping into any role to keep operations running smoothly.
