Hiring a Lead Brand Ambassador

Looking for a very outgoing, energetic, and extremely reliable person to join our promotional team representing premium brands from Brown-Forman (Jack Daniel's, Tequila Herradura, Fords Gin, Woodford Reserve etc.) at local events, tastings, festivals, bars, and retail activations as an on-site contact and lead.
This is the perfect side job for individuals who enjoy being a leader, meeting people, social environments, and flexible weekday/weekend/evening work.
This is a LEAD role that requires high competency in the brand ambassador liquor industry. Please only apply if you have extensive prior experience and can commit to being a leader of a large promotional team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Activation Manager with various promos and events
- Be the on-site contact for all scheduled promos
- Represent well-known spirits brands at tastings and events
- Engage with customers in a fun, professional way
- Set up and break down promotional displays
- Educate consumers on featured products
- Create an exciting and welcoming brand experience
- Completes expense reports as per company policy
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable speaking with groups and customers
- Weekend and evening availability necessary
- Assist in physical set-up and breakdown of assets
- Ability to carry/move 50lbs
- Must be able to operate in the outdoor elements with varying types of weather
- Able to stand for duration of promotion (between 2-8 hours)
- Must be 21+ years old
- TABC licensed
- Prior Brand Ambassador Experience Required

This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
