Construction Waste Sales Representative

Kieffer Sanitation - A Waste Connections Company

$40,000 - $45,000 + Commission and Mileage Reimbursement

If you’re a results-driven sales professional who wants your income to reflect your performance, this role offers the opportunity to build a strong book of business in a growing market with meaningful earning potential and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

Sell roll-off waste and recycling removal services across the Rapid City market
Prospect, build relationships, and uncover new opportunities (approximately 70% field-based)
Serve as the primary contact for an existing portfolio of customers
Prepare bids, maintain sales activity reporting, and manage pipeline growth
Represent the company at industry events, associations, and trade shows
Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
Participate in strategic planning and account management initiatives (approximately 30% office-based)
