Assistant Content Manager
Hybrid | Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Content Manager to support the development, organization, and optimization of digital product content within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in content coordination, merchandising, marketing, or e-commerce who enjoys managing multiple projects and collaborating with creative teams.

Pay: $30 - $34 per hour pay rate

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the launch, refresh, and maintenance of digital product content and creative assets
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects and design materials
Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support content development initiatives
Maintain product imagery, descriptions, and category content to enhance the customer experience
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Analyze content performance and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Support quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency
Create reports and presentations for project updates and performance tracking
Organize and manage digital assets within content management systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience in content management, merchandising, marketing, or e-commerce
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with digital asset management systems, PIM platforms, Smartsheet, or Jira is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
