Overview
Under the direction of the Operations Manager and/or Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting CCCI's telecom, fiber optic, low-voltage, and construction operations by ensuring the timely delivery, tracking, and management of materials, tools, equipment, and fleet assets. This role serves as a critical link between the warehouse, field operations, and project management teams to ensure crews have the resources necessary to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, safety-focused, and willing to assist in all aspects of warehouse and operational support.
Transportation & Logistics-
- Safely operate company vehicles, trucks, trailers, and equipment to transport materials, tools, and supplies.
- Deliver fiber optic, telecommunications, low-voltage, and construction materials.
- Perform emergency deliveries to active job sites as directed by Operations.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
Warehouse Operations-
- Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
- Assist with inventory control and material tracking.
- Prepare and stage materials, equipment, and tools for upcoming projects.
- Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards.
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts.
Equipment & Fleet Support-
- Track and monitor company-owned equipment, tools, and fleet assets.
- Coordinate equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Support mobilization and demobilization activities for projects.
Operations Support-
- Work closely with Operations leadership to identify material shortages and project needs.
- Assist field personnel with material requests and operational needs.
- Perform general labor and support functions as assigned.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with the ability to create, update, and maintain operational records, reports, and communications.
- Experience utilizing inventory management, asset tracking, fleet management, and warehouse software systems to accurately track materials, equipment, and project resources.
- Ability to learn and effectively use company-specific software, mobile applications, and technology platforms to support operational efficiency and reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications-
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record that meets CCCI's vehicle insurance requirements at all times during employment. Failure to maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles may result in reassignment, disciplinary action, or termination of employment.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, delivery, construction, or telecommunications support experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
