Duties
- Perform climbing operations on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunication equipment including antennas, cabling, and fiber splicing components.
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely to access elevated work sites efficiently.
- Conduct rigging activities to lift heavy equipment securely during installation or maintenance tasks.
- Install and maintain high voltage and low voltage systems integral to network operation while adhering to safety protocols.
- Execute fiber splicing procedures to ensure seamless data transmission across 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks.
- Perform cabling tasks including routing, securing, and testing cables for optimal performance.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to climbing, welding, high voltage handling, and field service operations to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience with telecommunication infrastructure installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and low voltage cabling techniques.
- Skilled in fiber splicing with an understanding of fiber optic network configurations.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely for elevated work tasks.
- Familiarity with rigging procedures for lifting heavy equipment at heights.
- Experience with 4G/LTE, 3G, and emerging 5G network technologies.
- Competence in welding when required for tower or structural repairs.
- Excellent climbing skills combined with physical fitness for field service activities.

We are also seeking skilled electricians with hands-on experience in power bay swaps and battery swaps for both indoor and outdoor configurations. This role is ideal for professionals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform power bay swaps in indoor and outdoor installations in cabinet or shelter scenarios
- must be able to wire alarms in as needed and be proficient most power bay Jobs are preformed in a maintenance window 11:00pm- 5:00am
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and power system issues
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures
- Inspect, test, and verify system functionality after installations or swaps
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and project managers as neede
- Proven experience as an electrician (commercial, industrial, or power systems preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with power bay swaps and battery swap systems
- Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and regulations
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $32.14 per hour
