Our childcare center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed 4K Teacher to join our program through our partnership with the McFarland School District. This is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood educator to provide a high-quality 4K experience while supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Position Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate 4K curriculum and learning experiences
- Provide instruction aligned with McFarland School District 4K expectations and standards
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
- Collaborate with classroom staff and McFarland School District partners
- Utilize paid preparation and planning time to support quality instruction
Required Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Early Childhood Education (Birth–Grade 3) teaching license required
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
Passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s individual growth
Compensation & Benefits:
$21–$26 per hour (based on experience, education, and qualifications)
