COLLECTIVE MIND TECHNOLOGIES
NetSuite Administrator & Consultant
Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote + Denver Metro Area) | $90,000 - $110,000 / year
ABOUT COLLECTIVE MIND TECHNOLOGIES
Collective Mind Technologies (CMT) is a Denver-based, family-owned small business founded in 2017 that offers technology and creative services under one roof. We are a tight-knit team that moves fast, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about the businesses we serve. Our tagline says it best: Delivering Creative Solutions.
On the NetSuite side, we work with small and mid-sized businesses to implement, optimize, and support their NetSuite environments. Our work spans scripting and custom development, system integrations, accounting and financial configuration, warehouse management, and AI-powered automation. We bring a modern, forward-thinking approach to the NetSuite ecosystem and are always pushing what is possible for our clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a mid-level NetSuite Administrator and Consultant to step in as CMT's internal NetSuite expert and a reliable, client-facing resource across our active engagements. This is a high-ownership role built for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to lead without being told to. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day administration, client support, and solution delivery across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
This role is both client-facing and independent. You will communicate directly with clients, manage your own workload across concurrent projects, and collaborate with Ryan, our COO, and other team members when needed. Strong organizational skills are a must. You will not be micromanaged, but you will have the support of the team behind you.
You will report directly to Ryan, our founder and managing director, with operational and HR support from our COO. Contractors and other team members may provide support on specialized skill sets, but day-to-day NetSuite ownership lives with you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own NetSuite administration across multiple client environments, managing competing priorities with strong organizational skills
- Configure and maintain NetSuite including workflows, saved searches, custom records, roles, permissions, and reporting
- Support NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization projects from discovery through delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating clearly and proactively on issues, timelines, and solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues independently, knowing when to loop in additional support
- Collaborate on scripting and integration projects alongside contractors or Ryan when specialized expertise is needed
- Use AI tools to research, problem-solve, and write or debug code, and actively look for ways to bring automation and AI into client solutions
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions to build a strong internal knowledge base
- Assist with requirement gathering, solution design, and client communication on active engagements
- Stay current on NetSuite releases and proactively identify opportunities to improve client setups
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience and Skills
- 3-6 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- Solid working knowledge of core NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Order Management
- Proficiency with workflows, saved searches, custom forms, fields, and records
- Comfortable with SuiteScript (2.0/2.1) at a read and light-edit level. You do not need to be a full developer, but you should be able to work with scripts confidently
- Familiar with API-based integrations and how data moves between systems
- Genuinely excited about AI. You use AI tools in your day-to-day work, you are curious about what is possible, and you lean on them to solve problems faster and smarter
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for clients without overcomplicating things
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts, tasks, and projects without things slipping through the cracks
Who You Are
- Driven and ambitious. You want to grow, and you bring that energy to your work every day
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through. You do not wait to be told what to do
- A natural leader who takes ownership of problems and sees them through to resolution
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment without needing heavy oversight
- Client-focused and professional, with the presence and communication skills to represent CMT well
- Collaborative when it counts, but confident enough to move forward on your own when needed
- Someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the impact it has on the clients they serve
NICE TO HAVE
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification
- Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment
- Familiarity with Celigo for NetSuite integrations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot CRM platforms
- Experience working with Claude or other AI tools for coding, problem-solving, or workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with REST or SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting inside NetSuite
- Experience with warehouse or fulfillment operations in NetSuite
