Coltin Electric Inc is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead Electrician with at least five years of commercial electrical experience to join our team. As a Lead Electrician, you will oversee electrical installations, troubleshoot and repair systems, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and government settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure all electrical work meets code requirements and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and implement solutions efficiently
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Follow and enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial electrical experience
- Journeyman Electrician License (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to lead a team and work independently on projects
- Proficiency with electrical tools, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for projects as needed (per diem available)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Valid driver's license

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Overtime available as needed
- Travel required for certain projects (per diem provided)
