What You'll Do
- Interview members and applicants to identify lending needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Review loan applications, analyze creditworthiness, and make sound lending decisions within established guidelines.
- Build relationships with members by providing exceptional service throughout the lending process.
- Explain loan terms and answer questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Work closely with branch staff and other departments to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.

- Previous lending, banking, or financial services experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
