Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Field Service ATM Technician and become a vital part of ensuring seamless banking experiences for customers. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) across various locations. Your mechanical aptitude, technical skills, and proactive approach will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment while developing your expertise in field service operations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of ATMs to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Install new ATM units at designated locations, following schematics and technical guidelines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, electrical faults, and low voltage problems using hand tools, schematics, and testing devices such as ohmmeters.
Conduct equipment repairs involving computer hardware components and network connectivity to ensure secure transactions.
Use mechanical knowledge and technical skills to replace or upgrade parts, including circuit boards, card readers, cash dispensers, and other critical components.
Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and issues resolved for compliance and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems involving computer networking and low voltage systems to minimize downtime.

Experience

Proven experience in field service roles or as a service technician working with electronic or mechanical equipment.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to ATM or similar equipment.
Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and testing devices like ohmmeters for diagnostics.
Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and basic computer networking principles relevant to ATM operations.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematics and perform equipment repairs efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
