Pay: $16–$20 per hour + Performance Incentives

uBreakiFix by Asurion is the nation’s leading electronics repair company specializing in smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and other consumer electronics. We help customers stay connected by providing fast, reliable repairs and exceptional service.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new store from the beginning and help build the team, culture, and customer experience from day one.

We are currently hiring technicians for our new Erie location and are looking for individuals who enjoy technology, solving problems, and helping customers.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and other consumer electronics
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
Explain repair recommendations and options to customers
Perform repairs according to company quality standards
Maintain an organized and professional work environment
Assist with inventory management and parts organization
Help achieve store performance goals
Continue learning new repair procedures and technologies

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable interacting with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and technology knowledge

Preferred Experience

Cell phone repair
Computer repair
Consumer electronics
IT support or help desk experience
Retail or customer service experience

No Repair Experience?

No problem.

Many of our best technicians started with no professional repair experience. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy technology, build computers, troubleshoot electronics, or simply enjoy learning how things work, we provide paid training and ongoing support.
