Outside Sales Representative (B2B)
Coordinated Business Systems | Burnsville (Twin Cities Metro)

Build Your Book. Set Your Ceiling.

This isn't an account management role in disguise. We're looking for a hunter.

You'll report to our Burnsville office, work the Twin Cities metro, and have the backing of a 40-year company with a strong reputation in the market. But here's what we tell candidates straight: this is a build role, not a maintain role.

If you're the type who'd rather prospect, open doors, and close your own deals than hand them off to someone else, you're our person. You keep what you kill here. The relationships you build are yours.

Who We're Really Looking For

Maybe you cut your teeth in a sales internship or landed your first sales job out of college and now you're looking around thinking, "there's got to be more upside than this." You're right.

This role is for someone who's hungry enough to bet on themselves. The people who do well here are the ones who are at a point where they're ready to take a calculated risk for a big reward.

The Setup

Territory in the Twin Cities metro (real, defined patch)
Backed by 40+ years of company reputation
Support from internal teams, but autonomous day-to-day
First-year OTE: $60K-$100K+ (uncapped commission)
Full benefits: 401(k) match, health insurance, PTO, VTO

What We're Looking For

Someone who actually enjoys the hunt, not just "wants to get into sales"
Comfortable getting in front of business owners and decision makers, or ready to get there
Self-driven enough to manage their own day without a micromanager
Hungry to build something that's theirs, not just fill a quota
Coachable. You take feedback and actually use it

Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required)

A sales internship, a first sales job, B2B or outside sales, business development, or anything where you've had to hustle and drive results on your own. If you're hungry and coachable, we'll teach you the rest.
