Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and elevate our brand across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that boost engagement, increase conversions, and support our overall business goals. Your expertise in SEO, content creation, social media marketing, and performance analytics will be essential to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising campaigns.
Optimize website content using SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
Manage content creation for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages to engage audiences effectively.
Utilize SEO tools and keyword research to identify opportunities for content enhancement and website optimization.
Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data through Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to improve campaign performance.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with design teams using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design skills to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
Maintain content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms to ensure website updates are timely and accurate.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize results across all digital channels.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, social media management, and content creation.
Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising platforms.
Proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to create compelling copy for diverse audiences that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
Skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for developing engaging visual content.
Familiarity with SQL or basic coding can be advantageous for data analysis or website optimization tasks.
