Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, ambitious and organized individual to fulfill recruitment activities for the company’s two divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to coordinate recruitment activities and deliver a successful, responsive hiring experience for the company. This position is in-office, not remote.

Each employee is vital to the success of the company, and our Recruiter position exemplifies that.

Responsibilities

Identify recruitment needs and hiring tactics for open positions
Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting methods
Create ads for available positions, both internally and externally
Review resumes and applications, interview candidates, perform reference checks
Track candidate progression, update statuses, and support hiring managers with system workflows
Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions
Network to find and develop applicant talent pools

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

This is a full-time position, 40 hour/week, Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have own transportation, vehicle insurance, and current valid driver license
