Job Summary
Creative Cleaning Solutions LLC is a local, insured residential cleaning company serving South Austin, Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Residential House Cleaner to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on cleaning position for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up on time, communicates professionally, and can follow a checklist without cutting corners. You’ll help clean residential homes, move-in/move-out properties, and occasional make-ready cleans for property management clients.
This position is ideal for someone who wants steady part-time weekday work, paid training, and the opportunity to grow with a small local company.
Pay
Starting pay is $18 per hour during training and the first 45 days.
After the 45-day review, pay may increase to $22–$25 per hour based on reliability, quality, speed, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
Travel time between jobs is paid once the workday has started.
Schedule
This is a part-time position, starting around 15–25 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as we continue growing.
Most work is scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Candidates must be available at least 3 weekdays per week.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning residential homes using company checklists and cleaning procedures
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dusting surfaces, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, window sills, and fixtures as assigned
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and appliances
- Performing standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and light make-ready cleans
- Cleaning inside microwaves, cabinet faces, doors, and other detailed areas as needed
- Completing add-on services when assigned, such as inside oven, inside fridge, dishes, laundry, baseboards, or windows
- Following safety procedures and using cleaning products correctly
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members
- Reporting damages, access issues, supply needs, or job concerns promptly
- Maintaining a professional appearance and respectful attitude in every client’s home
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to follow written checklists and instructions
- A dependable, professional attitude
- Comfort working in different residential homes throughout the service area
- Ability to bend, kneel, lift supplies, carry equipment, and stay active throughout the day

You do not need to be perfect on day one. We provide training. But you do need to care, pay attention, and be willing to learn our system.
