Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Credit Manager to lead our credit risk assessment and management efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the evaluation of creditworthiness, develop credit policies, and ensure the timely collection of outstanding balances. Your expertise will help safeguard the company's financial health while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic financial decisions and drive sustainable growth within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Duties

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and optimize cash flow.
Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients’ assets, liabilities, income streams, and credit histories to determine credit limits and terms.
Monitor existing credit accounts, identify potential risks, and initiate appropriate actions to minimize losses.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and investment teams to assess credit applications and approve or decline requests based on detailed research.
Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Utilize advanced financial software tools to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.
Provide guidance on asset management strategies, investment management opportunities, and financial planning initiatives to maximize portfolio performance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of financial concepts including asset management, investment banking, and portfolio management.
Proficiency in financial analysis techniques and research methodologies to evaluate complex financial data.
